Went for a full body massage at O - Yo Nenrin today and Lucas really sort my body out. He understood where the pain points were and he is pretty strong as well.

First time here, went for the 90mins hair treatment package. From the moment you step into the compound, the place just screams therapeutic and relaxation. Service was amazing and the masseuist was extremely skillful, in overall an extremely satisfying experience. Will definitely be back again!

Head spa is really good here. Masseur massages with firm hands and she really knows her way around your head and body.

Was looking for head spa and I found o yo nenrin in red note. Manage to get appointment at my preferred timing.
Nice , clean environment. Whole experience was great. Manage to have a good rest during the session. Was happen to be their anniversary so have fun playing with the catcher and get voucher. Hope I will go there again soon.

It started out ok with the attendant being very detailed and patient. She even asked if I just had a meal and suggested to change my massage to a sitting one instead of lying down on my stomach when I said it would be uncomfortable. But that was when it started to go downhill.

Seated in a salon chair, she then instructed a male masseur to massage me without asking me if I were ok with it. It should have been a red flag but since I was at an open/public area, I was still ok with it.

She then proceeded to bring me into a private room for my hair spa. Since I already had my massage done and I requested to not wet my face, she said that I can keep my clothes on. She then tucked me into the bed and I closed my eyes as she left the room.

When the masseur came into the room, I did not see who he/she was as my eyes were closed and they put on an eye mask for me. But when the person started massaging my hair, I knew it wasnt the lady attendant she was very slim whereas the fingers touching my head were quite plump. At that point, I just assumed it was an auntie that I saw at the reception area who was doing my treatment.

Imagine my horror when I finally removed my eye mask and realised i was being attended to by a male masseuse in a PRIVATE room all this while! The lady kept sold this as a relaxing experience and that I could feel free to sleep. How can they say that when they brought me into a private room and had a male masseur attend to me ALL WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND KNOWLEDGE!

Honestly after that, I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. Before I left, I did share my experience with the lady attendant. While she made some sympathising remarks, she effectively only offered me a free hand massage coupon (uh hello why would I want to patronise your services after being traumatised like that??).

The whole experience cost me SGD60 (this was after a store promotion btw) and even without the trauma, the massage was mid at best. I swear during the hair spa when I hadn’t known that I was being served by a male, I really had the thought that the hair salon that I patronise gave a better head massage than this “specialised parlour”.

TL;DR Just save your money and go to a hair salon + massage parlour for a non-traumatising experience.

Thank you to all the friendly staff during our experience there. Also, Thank you to the lady boss(?) (didn’t get your name sorry!) who served us with a smile throughout! Money very well spent. 10/10 for the hair spa experience, my hair feel so much healthier now ☺️
